FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all US orders over $99! For orders under $99, there is a flat rate shipping charge of only $5.00. Standard shipping options are USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground (our choice). Orders placed online typically ship within one business day, and are usually delivered in 2 to 3 business days. Guaranteed delivery methods (2 Day or Next Day) are available at additional cost, please contact us (813-210-9393) for a price quote. We make every effort to keep our website updated with current stock status, but in the unlikely event an item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss substitution or backorder options. Please note we currently ship orders only to addresses in the US and Canada. Canadian customers please phone or email us for a shipping price quote.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
You may return an item for REFUND within 14 DAYS, or for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDITwithin 60 DAYS of the date your order is delivered (based on carrier tracking information), subject to the following provisions:
- No items will be accepted for refund or exchange without a return authorization number. You must either e-mail or phone us for return authorization if you want to return or exchange an item. Please write the R/A # on the outside of the return shipment.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any return or exchange. However, we will issue a store credit to you for use on a future order in the amount you paid for the return/exchange shipping charge, so in effect return or exchange will cost you nothing if you use the store credit. Store credits are valid for one year. Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, and return a portion of the order for a refund which leaves the remaining order balance below the $100 threshold necessary to receive free shipping, then the standard $5.00 shipping charge will be deducted from any refund due.
- Items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED (except to try on for size) condition, with any original garment tags still attached. Washed or game-worn garments, or garments with tags removed will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- The following items are NOT RETURNABLE: Special order items, any garment that has been altered by the addition of patches, flags, or numbers, undergarment items, and whistles. If there is a question as to whether an item you wish to purchase is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
- Orders over $150 that are returned for refund are subject to a maximum 15% restock charge.
- All refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card or PayPal account used in the original purchase transaction.
- Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Any merchandise received for refund or exchange not meeting the above requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense. We offer referee & umpire association group discounts. By buying in bulk, you can help your membership save a substantial amount of money on their uniform purchases. If your association is looking to make a large purchase, please contact us for a price quote.
